Description

We would like to inform you that a maintenance is foreseen on our platform (MessageAPI, VoiceAPI, EmailAPI, ContactDirectoryAPI, EmailToSMS, Portal, SMPP) We will update the certificate of our ringring.be domain. Therefore you should check at your side if you need to include our new certificate within your application. The new certificate is available on: https://cdn.ringring.be/public/ringring_2627_chained.pem (chained certificate) Planned start time: September 15, 2026 08:00 AM CET Expected end time: September 15, 2026 08:30 AM CET Expected impact duration: no downtime Please be advised that this is the last time we will provide advance notification of certificate changes. According to new industry standards, certificates <strong>must</strong> be renewed twice annually beginning in March 2026, increasing progressively to twelve renewals per year by 2029: cabforum.org/2025/04/11/ballot-sc081v3-introduce-schedule-of-reducing-validity-and-data-reuse-periods As this change is mandated by industry standards and not by us, you will need to implement automated certificate management on your side, since renewals will occur automatically on our end. We recommend to pin the intermediate SPKI (cert 2, valid to 2040) if a pin is needed at your side: Cert 2, GoDaddy TLS Intermediate CA DV - R1v1 (the actual issuer of our certificate, valid to 2040-08-24) For any additional questions about this maintenance, please contact our customer support at support@ringring.be
