[Identified] We would like to inform you that we are currently experiencing issues on the Lycamobile (BE) network(s) that might impact your SMS Traffic. Lycamobile (BE) has been informed about this issue and is currently working to solve it. We will keep you updated on this issue by e-mail. You can also follow the status on our website: status.ringring.be SMS sent towards Lycamobile (BE) are currently being queued at our side, they will be sent once that the issue has been resolved by Lycamobile (BE). [Monitoring] We would like to inform you that the issue with Lycamobile (BE) has been solved and SMS are now being sent in real time. Queued SMS have been treated.

Description

We would like to inform you that one of our supplier will perform a maintenance on their infrastructure. This maintenance might have an impact on our VOIP services and SMS services. Planned start time: Wednesday July 16, 2025 00:015 CEST Expected end time: Wednesday July 16, 2025 06:00 CEST Impact should be very limited thanks to redundancy and fail-over, but you might experience disconnections on "always-on" links (SMPP sessions, SIP trunks): - If you are using our VOIP products: VOIP calls will be disconnected when the failover takes place. - If you are using our SMPP platform: you will have to reconnect to our platform when the failover takes place. During that time you might also notice some delay in the delivery of the SMS due to the failover taking places with the SMS operators. Your SMS will be queued during that time and sent when the connection is up. For any additional questions about this maintenance, please contact our customer support at support@ringring.be
