Description

We would like to inform you that one of our supplier will perform a maintenance on their infrastructure. This maintenance might have an impact on our VOIP services and SMS services. Planned start time: Tuesday July 22, 2025 00:015 CEST Expected end time: Tuesday July 22, 2025 06:00 CEST Impact should be very limited thanks to redundancy and fail-over, but you might experience disconnections on "always-on" links (SMPP sessions, SIP trunks): - If you are using our VOIP products: VOIP calls will be disconnected when the failover takes place. - If you are using our SMPP platform: you will have to reconnect to our platform when the failover takes place. During that time you might also notice some delay in the delivery of the SMS due to the failover taking places with the SMS operators. Your SMS will be queued during that time and sent when the connection is up. For any additional questions about this maintenance, please contact our customer support at support@ringring.be
